This building was built in 1925 and has served many purposes over the years, but one fondly remembered in the 1960s and 1970s was the Swank Shop, a clothing store for men. Later it became The Front Porch Tea Room and presently serves as The Perfect Pear, a restaurant serving lunch and catering for private functions. The upstairs of this building was used as a boarding house in prior years and contains writing on its wall from some of the former occupants.
